SaaS for Indian truck fleets

See where your fleet is losing money, and fix it.

You already have GPS, FASTag, fuel cards and Tally. Dhruvix connects them and shows you, on your phone, which trucks, routes and customers lose money.

The problem

Owners track trucks on a GPS app, costs on fuel and FASTag statements, and accounts in Tally. Nothing links them, so when profit falls it takes weeks to find out why.

The app

Screens from the app, running on a test fleet of 140 trucks. Office staff use a desktop version.

The app's Home screen: profit, overdue money, money leaking, and three things that need the owner today

Daily summary

A short list every morning of what needs attention, in the app and on WhatsApp.

The Leaks screen: money leaking over the last 92 days, listed by cause

Leak detection

Overcharging pumps, wrong toll deductions, empty returns, expired papers and early tyre wear.

The Money screen: profit, income, costs and margin, week by week

Profit and dues

Profit for every truck, route and customer. Who owes money, and since when.

The Fleet screen: every truck with its current trip and papers

Live tracking

Every truck on a live map, with its drivers, trips, fuel and repairs.

A finding, step by step

From the test fleet
₹71,616

billed for diesel that never reached the tank, at one fuel pump on the Nagpur highway.

  1. What the app found765 litres billed but never delivered, across 351 fills at Pump 7.
  2. How it knowsEach fill is compared with that vehicle's own mileage, so the mix of vehicles cannot explain it. The meter at this pump reads 2.2% high.
  3. What the owner doesAssigns it to a person with a date, marks it fixed, or marks it as not a problem and says why. The app keeps the history.

One of the findings on our test fleet of 140 trucks. Together they came to ₹11.02 lakh over 92 days, about 6.6% of that fleet's profit. These are sample figures, not customer results.

The Ask screen answering the question: who owes me money, with a table of customers and overdue amounts

Ask

Type or speak a question in Hindi or English. The answer is built from the fleet's own data.

  • Every figure in an answer is checked against the data before it is shown.
  • It covers the books, the trucks, the drivers and what is on the road right now.
  • Answers can be read aloud.

The collections agent

Chasing overdue payments is the first job we have handed to an agent. The owner tells it what to do, by voice or by typing, in Hindi or English. It starts only when the owner says yes.

The agent start screen: 1.35 crore rupees owed by 20 customers The agent asking how often to remind and what needs approval The plan read back to the owner Cases screen: three messages waiting for approval A drafted WhatsApp reminder with a payment link, waiting for approval The payment page a customer opens from the link The reminder and the thank-you sent after payment Cases marked needs you, paid, promised or waiting

The agent knows what is owed before the conversation starts.

The agent's test screen comparing 60 days with the agent and without it

Test a plan before it runs

The owner can run a plan 300 times over 60 days against assumed customer behaviour and compare it with doing nothing. The assumptions are listed under the result. They are not measurements.

The agent is open to Dhruvix accounts at agent.dhruvix.com. It runs on our test fleet. WhatsApp delivery and payment links are in test mode, so no customer is messaged and no money moves.
